Prior to UNIQUE, Ana was legal advisor for the Attorney General’s Office (PGR), which allowed her to gain significant experience in Labor Law. In UNIQUE, she has worked with companies in labor law situations, compliance issues, personnel matters, and she has also assisted her clients with general regulatory matters, CR corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, asset transfer and real estate transactions. She is a creative problem solver, guiding clients through complex institutional requirements, as well as navigating through the intricacies of doing business in Costa Rica.

Ana is a capable and detail-focused Attorney and Notary Public adept and providing strategic and practical legal advice that accounts for her client’s business needs.
